By using / accessing the website – limitlessmaid.com you are indicating that you accept the Terms of Use and your acceptance is bound by the provisions of these Terms, including any updates / revisions made from time to time.
Limitless Maid reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Use at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Your continued use of the website following any such modifications constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.
The terms “You” and “Client” as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the website or services for any reason.
1. Service Categories & Token Fees
Full-Time Maids (8–24 hours): A non-refundable token fee of ₹1,999 is applicable.
Part-Time Maids (2–7 hours): A non-refundable token fee of ₹999 is applicable.
This token fee confirms the booking request and is mandatory before profile sharing.
2. Consultancy Fees
Limitless Maid charges a consultancy / recruitment fee equal to one month’s salary of the selected candidate + 18% GST.
This is a one-time service fee charged by Limitless Maid.
This fee is separate from the maid’s salary, which must be paid directly to the maid by the client on a monthly basis.
The consultancy fee is payable upon confirmation of hiring and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Profile Sharing & Trial Process
After receiving the token fee, 2–3 maid profiles will be shared within 1–2 working days.
Full-Time Maids (8–24 hours):
After token payment, a 3-day trial will be provided.
50% balance service fee is payable after 3 days of trial.
Remaining 50% balance service fee is payable after 15 days of continuous maid service.
Part-Time Maids (2–7 hours):
After token payment, a 1-day trial will be provided.
The full consultancy fee is payable immediately after the 1-day trial.
4. Guarantee & Replacement Policy
Limitless Maid provides a 1-year replacement guarantee for candidates.
A maximum of 3 replacements within 1 year will be provided.
Replacement is subject to:
Salary dues of the previous maid being cleared.
Job description and salary not being altered by the client after hiring.
No refund will be applicable in case the client cancels the contract during the guarantee period.
5. Client–Maid Relationship
Limitless Maid is not the employer of the maid.
Salary payment, work timings, leaves, and daily supervision are strictly between the client and the maid.
Limitless Maid is not responsible for:
Salary disputes
Personal conflicts
Any legal issues between client and maid
6. Legal & Misuse Clauses
If a client misbehaves with the maid (mentally, physically, or otherwise), and the maid leaves, no replacement or refund will be provided.
If a maid accuses a client and the complaint is legally justified, Limitless Maid holds no responsibility and no replacement or refund will be applicable.
A client cannot retain or hire a maid who has been rejected through the company’s process. If such action is found, legal action may be initiated against the client.
Neither the client nor the maid may engage in a direct agreement outside Limitless Maid for a period of 2 years after rejection or termination, without the company’s written consent.
7. Confidentiality
All candidate introductions are strictly confidential. If Limitless Maid introduces a candidate that the client subsequently introduces to a third party who hires the candidate (full-time or part-time), the client agrees to pay Limitless Maid the full consultancy fee.
8. Verification & Responsibility
Limitless Maid strongly advises that the client conducts police verification of the maid before employment.
The client is responsible for checking the belongings of the maid when entering or leaving the premises.
Limitless Maid will assist in the process but bears no responsibility for any criminal, civil, or theft-related actions of the maid.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
The consultancy / recruitment fee once paid is non-refundable.
If the client wishes to cancel the service after token or service fee payment, no refund will be entertained.
If Limitless Maid is unable to provide a replacement maid within 15 days despite commitment, a credit note will be issued for the paid amount. This credit note may be used for any future Limitless Maid services.
10. Jurisdiction
All legal disputes and claims are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
